The Planck Warp Instigator (abbreviated PWI) is a warping device, allowing instant transportation to a location up to 2500 away. The device may be used once every 30 seconds and costs minimal elec. It is tech 20.
The PWI is a reward for a mission chain that starts in Serpica. Total costs for completing the mission run to about 25 bil (not for the light-walleted), making this item quite rare.
Since its creation, there has been much debate as to the value of the PWI. Here are some advantages and disadvantages to the item.
Advantages of the PWI
It allows you to maneuver easily in DGs, selecting appropriate AIs and singling them out for destruction. The PWI also allow for rapid escape from AIs when shields get low. It is also incredibly useful in Player vs Player (PvP), as it can allow a quick ambush and retreat.
Disadvantages of the PWI
