Kalthi Burn is a Tech 22 Super Item inbuilt onto the Kalthi Wrathful Commander.
Upon activation, the device inflicts +25% heat vulnerability to every hostile target within 750 range for 10 seconds.
The debuff stacks with any other +X% vulnerability auras, therefore making it extremely useful for squads with a Gunner and several DPS characters armed with heat weapons.
The device requires a charge time of 120 seconds and recharges at a rate of 100/s.
