"Simon, you completely missed the attack!" says Administrator Oliver fearfully. "These pirates raided the station and made off with an entire years worth of profits! And that doesn't even include the inventory they absconded with... I'm going to get fired for sure..." Administrator Oliver sobs. "Simon, I want Earthforce to do something about this! These pirates need to be stopped. Take this holodisc, it has footage of the pirate attack as well as my deposition. Take it to Enforcer McDouglas in sol and make sure he does something about these brigands!"

Enforcer McDouglas views the holodisc footage you gave him and then looks at you grimly, "This is sad news, we indeed have to do something. We can't let Blue Pirates get away with a move this brazen! Simon, are you up to the task? You think you have what it takes to join the Enforcers?"

"Simon, I knew I could count on you! The Enforcers can always use a recruit like you!" "Now," begins Enforcer McDougla. "According to this report, the Blue Pirates are responsible for the attack on Free Market. Obviously they have some new tech. What we need is more information about it. If you feel up to the task, I'd like you to find out why the Blue feel like they can get away with something like this. The most obvious place to look is their hideout in Brigand's Stronghold..."

"Great job, Simon" says Enforcer McDouglas proudly. "This is exactly what we needed. It seems they have developed a new pulse weapon. I've sent it down to the techs to have it fully analyzed! Report back here and I'll have another assignment. Dismissed Simon!

"Further analysis of the weapon revealed it's used primarily by the Blue Pirate Scout Class light fighters. They are nimble, fast and an extremely painful thorn in our side. Right now we don't have too many ships that can chase one of those down! Add in this new weapon, they could be downright dangerous." "That needs to change Simon." says Enforcer McDouglas firmly. "We need to learn more about the construction of the Scout. Perhaps there's a way to find a blueprint for the ship. Think you can manage that? I'd start in Blue Outpost!"

"I don't know how you got your hands on these blueprints Simon," says Enforcer McDouglas looking over the schematics. "but they're going to be extremely helpful when they're properly analyzed. I'll send them down to the techs and when they're through with 'em I'll have another assignment. Dismissed Simon!"

"The schematics for the Scout class light fighter contained some extremely unusual components Simon. The Blue are building these ships with resources we've barely even heard of! If we're going to put an end to these attacks we need to learn every detail of how these ships are built... And to do that we need to find out more about a commodity called a 'Blue Whisper'" "The Blue Pirates have a mining operation set up in Blue Outpost to harvest whispers.
