The Hephaestus Hospital is an inbuilt tech 21 device installed on the Hephaestus Machines.
It deploys a Hephaestus Hospital Drone, a drone similar to Large Field Hospitals. On deployment, it provides a +1000 energy charge tweak to allied ships which lasts for a few seconds. Upon being hit by its shield transference, you also gain a bonus of +1750 shield charge, which also lasts for a few seconds.
