The Glacial Freeze is a resist device acquired through a mission at Arctia.
It requires 600 energy and charges at 10 energy/second, it creates a Ice Block Tweak which does -100% speed, -92% RoF, reduces turning by a significant amount and gives +85% resists for 6 seconds. It also has a nice frozen animation to go with it. Item is tech 5.
The inbuilt version of this device is the Glacial Block.
