"Shade the world, shade it to an unsaturated state." Inbuild onto the Monochrome Shade.
It requires 1,700 energy and charges at 85 energy/second, it creates 3x Shade Beam Device Emitters which are pulse guns followed by a Shade Beam. This gives a total damage of 4,400 all together.
