Contingency
Overview
The team Contingency was born on Nov. 25, 2012 by the teams merge of two teams; Hiigaran Empire and TheFederation. Together the two teams made a much stronger team and progressed through the game rapidly receiving much attention from the StarSonata community. Within one universe they managed to obtain the 8th position in team ranks all while the majority of the team had Tech 20 or lower ships. Today, the team is well known and continues to focus on rapid progression through the game and while still not anywhere near being a complete end game team they are making their mark on the game and hope to be doing it for a long time to come.

Detailed History
The team Contingency was born on Nov. 25, 2012 by the teams merge of two teams; Hiigaran Empire and TheFederation. After a month of existence there was a change in Leadership. Shawn23G was asked to step down, and SwiftEagle take his place. Shawn23G quit Contingency that day and joined Resident Evil. The team continued to grow and created a Defensive Alliance with the team Heaven. Shortly after Heaven was attacked by Resident Evil. Contingency defended Heaven for about two weeks and managed to kill nearly 7 Resident Evil galaxies. However, Heaven didn't participate in the war so Contingency withdrew from the war and ended the Alliance. They now have a neutral position with Resident Evil.
