The Interdiction Frigate is a speed demon only ship.
It was for sale at Speed Demon Centre in the Lyceum for 49,000,000 credits. However, due to being overpowered it was REMOVED. As a result, you can no longer buy this ship.
It is interesting to note that this ship does not display the user's name, similar to the Bule Stealth Trader. However, it has high visibility and so is not suited for ambush attacks.
