Rackham is an Uber AI found in Bonnet roaming around. He flies a Parsley and multi-fires three Rackham's Bigger Pulses. He is primarily killed to obtain the commodity and blueprint to build the Rackham's Bigger Pulse. His commodity is also used to obtain Space Blue Delta Fighters from the Sol Missions#Blue Baron.
