Rackham is an Uber AI found in Bonnet roaming around. He flies a Parsley and multi-fires three Rackham's Bigger Pulses. He is primarily killed to obtain the commodity and blueprint to build the Rackham's Bigger Pulse.
Shouts:

After being killed:
