Every item you can obtain from The Junkyard, or mission chains that starts in The Junkyard, have some sort of mechanic that makes them disposable, meaning that the item will not be permanent. The Junkyard Missions lets players exchange unwanted items for items that they deem better. Usually these items have good value for the potential credits lost during the exchange, but have other drawbacks for balancing reasons.
