Found just off of the Volcom Testing Grounds the Mutara Nebula is a dungeon are, this dense nebula is the hideout of the notorious Vorian the Rouge and his band of Volcoms. The cloud itself provides a severe radar handicap that obscures the screens of all that pass through, making unwary travelers easy game for the Volcom Pirates. The dungeon is split up into 3 parts.
