The Phunky Gremlin is a weapon device that is inbuilt onto the Phunka.dll, Phunka.dll+ and Super Phunka.
It requires 50 energy and charges at 10 energy/second. It creates a Gremcannon shot that does 100 energy damage with a range of 300 (DPE:2).
The Gremcannon is a pretty useful weapon in PvP because it grems the enemy ship forcing it to spin wildly.
