Imperial tweaking was once available in Iq'Bana and was also given out as a replacement for the old version of the Augmenter Tweaking skill. So players with Augmenter Tweaking 3 received 3 in Imperial Tweaking, etc.
Level 1 is available at the AI base in Anatolia, costing 10,000,000 credits, an Imperial Seal and five Skill Points.
Level 2-3 is available at the AI base in Temple Grounds, costing 270,000,000 for level 3.
It gives a 2% increase to augmenters on all drones, bases, ships, slaves etc per level and to the effects of tweaks and auras.
