The good Doktor lurks in Kobaldstein's Lair, inside Infernal Tempest, waiting to test out his devilish aura on those who interfere with his plans.
Doktor Kolbaldstein pilots a special Giant Goblin, armed with Bucanneer's Cutlasses and Condemmed Jade Ion lasers. He also emits an aura that cuts his enemies' energy banks by half. He is accompanied by 4 Goblin guards.
