In Star Sonata Neuro Tweaking makes Neuro Tweaks have 2% more effectiveness per level trained in this skill. It can be trained to level 50 in Sol. Its skill point cost is equal to the desired level. Costs the same number of skill points as the level you are acquiring and no commodity is needed.

Tweaks used on bases apply the NT level of the base owner not the tweak user.
