The Improcerus, found just off of the Arena Lobby, is the place for players to test out their tech-0 ship setups without reprecussions. In this galaxy, no death debt is acquired, items do not pop out of ships, gear glue is not used up, and players are not automatically marked as enemy for aggressive actions.
It also contains Bob's Ultimate Zebucart Dealership. The dealership is not a working station; it was left in the game from when Code Herder was working on it.
