Capacitors are an item that, when equipped, give a static stat increase in either max shields, max energy or both. You can only equip one capacitor at a time, while some ships come with their own inbuilt, like the Wattage.

Base Capacitor Blueprints are part of the base blueprint packs in Building Academy Entrance. Ship Capacitors are found as DG drops or built.
