Fine Tuned items, constructed from Blueprints often found in DGs, are nearly indistinguishable from ordinary items, except for two unique things: They have a special statistic, based on the type of item being created, and they take a corresponding level of Infinite Knowledge to equip. These items are also quite expensive, to the point that many have never even been built.

Additionally, fine-tuned blueprints sell for exorbitant prices to AI bases.
