HQs serve as a central point for a team's operations. They are usually deployed in Earthforce Space where PvP is disabled, and termites are not a threat.
Ownership is no longer done through the HQ system, see Galaxy Ownership instead.
It is also possible to share galaxy maps between team members by docking at the HQ.
A player must be ranked Officer or above within the team to be able to place an HQ kit.
