He is the uber Red Wattage around level 3800. Multifiring several beams similar to those of regular Red Wattages, James Watt attacks with a vengeance, barraging extreme damage upon his target with a high rate of fire, rendering your engines nearly useless. Fast moving and surprisingly tanky--do not expect an easy fight when confronting him!
Drops: Energy Globule, Random DG loot, Wattage Remains, and Wattage Blueprint.
