The Giant Asteroid is on a collision course with the Mzungu colonies in Mzungu Angani and must be destroyed as a part of the Enigmatic Sector mission chain to receive the Mzungu Orb Code and Kikale Mzungu Orb. It is level 0, and cannot be captured. Its only weakness is mining damage.
The giant asteroid spawns with this gear.

Note: Atlumwrap has about 2m shields if I remember correctly -Fake Tobal
