−	~~Tractor beams are very useful and can help capture ships and tow people. You can train tractoring to level one in warp one and above, and to level 5 in~~ [[Deflector]]. Tractoring is available to level 12 in [[Empathy Field]] which can only be entered with your engine unequipped.
