Neuro Tweaking increases the effectiveness of Neuro Tweaks by 2% per level.

For example, if a player were to use a Super Shield Soother tweak with Neuro Tweaking 50, the (Shield Charge +4000 for 10 sec) effect would be doubled to apply (Shield Charge +8000 for 10 sec).

This skill costs 1 * level in skill points to train.
