"I must apologize for the inconvenience I must have caused you. A simple explorer from Paxius offers our masters little, but a warrior sent by Paxius? Another matter entirely.

"(Player), you must have many questions for us. I will keep this brief. I, and the rest of the Celestial Hand were part of what you know as the Kalthi Armada here in the depths. We broke away from Kalthi Command after discovering a relic dating from untold ages ago, not unlike the base you see outside now"
