Not sure if this goes here (not logged in either), but here goes.
I've recently read the article about Hostile Science DG missions. One of these included a spree of quests supplied by an NPC named Gary Oilheart. Apparently, he is supposed to be on the Nexus Station (at Nexus), but I haven't found him there.
The first time I left Nexus for Sol, I completed every mission available at the Nexus Station. No sign of Gary Oilheart. Now, I've returned as a level 15, still to find no Gary Oilheart. Is he really at the Nexus Station, is he somewhere else, or is he removed as an NPC?
