Liberty is the entry point to the custom DG Equality that is used to train the Combat Bot Tweaking skill from 1 to 15. You can also purchase the controlbots used to create combat bots in this galaxy. The Sun here will provide a neuro-tweak that greatly improves your shields and shield regeneration for a few seconds. Neural Keysyncs to enter the galaxy Equality can be mined from the asteroids here.
