This returns a list of all galaxies in the game that have been discovered or otherwise marked as public knowledge and have been updated recently. By loading the galaxies endpoint and polling the galaxies_recent endpoint a nearly real-time galaxy map can be maintained.
Currently galaxies updated in the last minute are shown, this could change in the future.

Response
The format is identical to galaxies, except it will only contain galaxies updated recently.
This will often be empty mid-universe, and at the beginning of a universe it will be very full as people explore the universe and galaxies are added in.
