The Glacial Block is a device inbuilt onto the Glacial Shard and Auroral's Glacial Shard.
It requires 600 energy and charges at 20 energy/second, it creates a Ice Block Tweak which does -100% speed, -92% RoF, reduces turning by a significant amount and gives +85% resists for 12 seconds. It also has a nice frozen animation to go with it.
The unique version of this device is the Glacial Freeze.
