The Cadet Missile Launch Device is a missile device inbuilt onto the Cadet. 
It requires 200 energy and charges at 10.0 energy/second, it creates a Cadet Missile which does 126 energy damage. The missile also has a splash effect which damages enemy ships and yourself, it does around 26 - 5 energy damage depending on the distance away from he blast. The splash damage also creates a -30% speed aura to enemy ships and yourself, the splash affect damages people at 120 distance from where the missile exploded (same with aura).
This missile also has a knock-back effect on all ships surrounding the explosion (depending on how close the blast was).
