The Phunky Gremlin is a weapon device that is inbuilt onto the Phunka.dll and Phunka.dll+. 
It requires 50 energy and charges at 5 energy/second. It creates a Gremcannon shot that does 100 energy damage.
The Gremcannon is a pretty useful weapon in PvP because it grems the enemy ship forcing it to spin wildly.
