Green Meanie and Super Green Meanie are AI bases/pillboxes that are spawned when a new universe is created. They are automatically aggro to you and fire their magcannon looking gremcannons at you. These grems only gives forced turning, no thrust. Once you attack them they will spawn 4 Big Greens. They seem to have no resists, but do have a large shield bank, like a player's base.
