Whenever you feel a chill climbing up your spine, chances are an Icepick is near, preparing to blast a few very large holes in the side of your ship. Those who don't posses the speed to evade their shots or the resistances to shrug off the damage will find themselves in escape pods very quickly. The main weapon of the Icepicks are immensely powerful pulse beams, although they reluctantly use lasers and xeno energy torpedoes as well. Their crystalline exteriors are only vulnerable to radiation, mining, and heat damage.
