Found in Red Photon Research Entry Way. Level 5000 with 0 max speed. Drops Red Photon Keycard needed to enter Red Photon Research Complex and high end Uber loot.
Shoots and ethereal greenish laser. 4200 range with Laser, does splash damage and jumps.
Also shoots a whitish laser and a whitish pulse.
