Tobal was once emperor of the known universe. He was exiled by the administrators, but has now returned from the grave to get his revenge, and has resurrected as the fearsome Undead Tobal! Flying a rotting equanimizer, he decimates all those who refuse to acknowledge his power.
Undead Tobal spawns with this gear.
