:It is -2% time, and the effect each level is based on the last level (98%^level) so level 50 would have 36.4% of the normal grem time, level 100 would mean you have 13.3% of the base time -[[User:FracOMac|FracOMac]] 13:48, 25 August 2006 (PDT)
