Found just off of the [[Volcom Testing Grounds]] the Mutara Nebula is a dungeon are, this dense nebula is the hideout of the notorious [[Vorian the Rouge]] and his band of [[Volcom]]s. The cloud itself provides a severe radar handicap that obscures the screens of all that pass through, making unwary travelers easy game for the [[Volcom Pirates]]. The dungeon is split up into 3 parts.
