The Hallway to Mother is located in Perilous space. It is a small mostly empty galaxy, having only 1 AI station, 3 planets and two Wormholes. 

The galaxy is only there to lead onto [[Emphatic Mother]] and is used via the ai station "Deep Space 973" to unequip engines as Emphatic Mother doesn't allow warping with an equiped engine.
