The '''Infernal Faction''' is a cult-like pirate organisation of the Outer Rim. [[Goblin]]s, [[Inferno]]s and [[Cleft Thorn]]s are all believed to be members of the faction, sent out to raid and pillage, while the bulk of the faction is stationed in the [[Infernal Tempest]]. It has grown considerably in numbers and power lately, becoming a formidable threat to the [[Earthforce]], and any sort of law enforcement in general. Unfortunately, [[Earthforce]] is currently too involved into battling the [[Blue Pirates]] to respond to this new menace.

'''Infernal Faction''' is led by [[Kobaldstein's lair|Doktor Kobaldstein]], a rather eccentric individual with a thick German accent and a knack for discovering new energy sources. It is rumoured, however, that Doktor Kobalstein is only a servant to someone (or something?) far more sinister, but such reports are yet to be verified.
