* Each team will be able to put down 1 HQ, which will have to be placed by an Officer or Higher 
* The ownership of the gal with the HQ will be possible after 10 minutes of having the HQ placed 
* Gals linked to the gal containing the HQ will be ownable 10 minutes after a base is placed in that gal or the ownership of the gal with the HQ is done, whichever is the latter. 
* Bases can be placed in any buildable galaxies next to galaxies that your team owns, even those galaxies owned by other teams.
* HeavyG is KOS to all players
* Bases can also be placed in any other non-owned, buildable galaxy, but it won't be possible to own it without a link to the HQ.
* Ownership will not go away if the link is broken between a gal (or multiple gals) and the HQ; however, it will not be possible to own any new gals until the link is restored, so gals would have to be unowned while rebuilding the link.
*Being a Rendghast is a BANABLE offense

* You place HQ on A, wait 10 minutes, own it. 
* You can now own B or C once you place a base and wait 10 minutes. 
* You own B after placing a base. 
* You can now own C, D, or E once you place a base and wait 10 minutes. 
* You own D after placing a base. 
* B is taken over by Team Meanie. 
* A and D are still yours, but you can no longer own any gals. 
* You take back control of B, but you can't own it yet. 
* You unown D, quickly own B, wait ten minutes and own D.

'''Outpost''' The outpost will allow a single gal to be owned whereever the outpost is placed. Teams will be able to use this to claim ownership to Bio or Emp Bio without having to link it to their HQ. It will also be possible to relink A to D in the previous scenario without unowning D by using an Outpost in B.
