The Mini-Marinus was a ship created by [[The Voomy One]] in early 2011 to fill in the tech 18 light-fighter gap for slave users. It's a smaller version of the [[Rosmarinus]] and many of the stats are similar, however, because it's falls under the light fighter hull class and not heavy fighter the ship is faster than it's predecessor and hosts 4 [[Augmenters|augmenter]] slots in contrast to the 3 augmenter slots on a Rosmarinus.

The ship is mainly geared towards [[Speed Demon|Speed Demons]], [[Seer|Seers]] and [[Fleet Commander|Fleet Commanders]] as a slave. The cost to build one is disproportional to its tech level, making it inefficient for lower leveled players to use as their main combat ship. Its low visibility, high hull space, 4 augmenter slots, tech level of 18 and lack of an in-built weapon make it far superior to [[Faranji Stinger|Faranji Stingers]] as a slave ship.

When it was first released there was a bug involving the drop-rate of the blueprint making it ridiculously easy to obtain, flooding the market with the blueprints with many of them still in circulation. To counteract this, the blueprint requirements were increased and the drop-rate significantly lowered. The blueprint can now be obtained as a random [[Ubers|uber]] and DG drop, and is fairly uncommon.
