Reduce the Negetives on early game augmeners

The Tinted, Tear, Goblin, Rock and Inferno augmenters, as well as their BP derivatives, all have very large negatives to boost their stats. While this might have been justified in a time when people would spend weeks at these levels, people now graze through those areas in days, if not hours. Because of this there are all of three augmenters (Infernus, Glacial, and Barbes) that DPS classes generally use before tech 10. While an experienced player can aug around these defects, new players are likely to become frustrated with so few viable options. Rebalancing these augmenters to lower stats with fewer or no weaknesses might smooth play for new direct fire class players.
