New Leveling Methods (Replace AFK)

problem: leveling in ss sucks beyond 3k. only real options are afk in pajca/sas with exp thatch, or spam turn in missions like strontium/monthlies during exp events. solution 1: boost the levels of ai in KD to 4-8k, to allow a new zone beyond the 2-3k cap we see in perilous space dgs/roaming ai. solution 2: hugely boost the level of all lockout bosses and remove the exp caps, to allow for say 1-5 levels per boss kill. this encourages weekly/daily grinding for levels and loot. solution 3: introduce weekly completionist missions, ie: eliminate all t20 skill ubers (copper/anaconda/mad scientist/bana) for experience, UZ kills, maus kills, bonnet kills, dg uber kills, peri space ubers (kidd/rp/temple grounds/jwatt/gohm) etc solution 4: reduce the exp cap/roaming of subspace ai and increase the spawn rate in galaxy, then introduce a decaying exp gain if you afk camp. only do this if the previous options are utilized. we dont want to be nerfed without being given a more fun/active alternative. dging/roaming/ubers should be the main exp source, linking missions to those sources also allows you to breadcrumb link content areas together to promote progression. newbies can be taught to farm blue outpost, colored empires, vulcan, mira, jungle, bonnet, all through completionist missions. and we can continue that trend as they level up to push them into new zones.
