Make total slots = a total number at that tech level

Make the "Bot" and "Station" slots a total number of the tech level that matches the level of Skill / Research. For Bots at Tech 20 it should be (2) T-20 Bots and max Research should add a 3rd. Bases at Tech 20 should be (5) T-20 and max research should add a 6th etc. A system for slots should allow a player to max out at a tech level and future increases in available slots based on Tech Level or Research should = a whole number of bases. With the current system Station Management and Research gives a total of 50 slots and leaves 4 slots which does not leave a full number of slots to deploy a 6th T-20 Base.
