Deathblossom Applies Ethereal

Crowd control is an important part of the gunenr class. Ethereal weapons are essential to maximizing crowd control as gunner. Weapons without the ethereal stat do not deathblossom to full potential thus limiting crowd control. As a result, gunners are pushed to use ethereal over non-ethereal. This removes a lot of interesting/cool weapons from the gunner arsenal. A solution to the ethereal dillema is to confer the ethereal stat onto weapons via the gunner deathblossom. Confering ethereal on projectiles might be too unbalance, but it could work on beam weapons. The balancing mechanism is simple too; increase size/ elec usage of deathblossom, or reduce damage on deathblossomed targets.
