This will need to be redone, as the mods are now scaled with tech level.

Lots of Updating

Hmmm, yeah. We will need a modded item of every tech level from each item category in every mod. Ouch.

Nimbleness

I just noticed that Nimbleness on a mod is related to weight, in that -Nimbleness adds weight to my ship.

I didn't see this mentioned anywhere on the wiki, so I'm putting it here.
