If it's a stupid issue like your slaves fighting back when they get shot because they're on Fight Enemies, the admins might not respond. In this case just ask in all chat before sending in a ticket. Please note that admins are very busy working on Star Sonata and may not respond for several weeks, depending on your ticket priority. Falsifying priority is generally a bad idea as admins begin to be skeptical if your tickets in the future.
