The Super Phunka is given to you after finding the keys for it off the Space Rat Broodmother in Sol, after getting Piloting 20 from Rumble Mumble.
It is mainly used as a tech 20 trade bot due to it's built-in aura generator that gives +20 speed (affected by Neuro Tweaking).
