On activation, grants the user +50% Speed and +100% Thrust, but also inflicts -50% Turning, all for 5 Seconds. Also activates a 400-diameter Envelopment with 150k shields that lasts 10 seconds.
Takes 30s to charge, consuming 200 Energy/second.
