Sivar Hvar'kann

Sivar H'varkann is presumably a Kalthi Admiral, angered over the loss of his fellow sailors to the UrQa's death rays. He strikes back with three heavy heat beams, and Large AP Missiles if attacked. H'varkann flies a Kalthi Blade as his flagship. The Kalthi Blade is a large and powerful version of the Kalthi Avenger graphic.
